Magic bolts are ammunition used with crossbows. More powerful than ordinary crossbow bolts, they are created by casting the spell Enchant on a stack of normal bolts. They are available in Ultima VII and Ultima VII Part Two.
Description[edit]
These magically fortified bolts cause more damage than normal ones, and also are much better at hitting opponents in combat. Since the caster can create as many of these as the party has normal bolts and the needed reagents for casting, there is no reason not to enchant all the ammunition, if the spell is at hand.
Effectiveness of the Weapon[edit]
- Magic bolts adds +2 to the base points of damage.[1]
