The Mace of Undead Bane is a magical weapon which was buried with the body of Praecor Loth. It appears in Ultima Underworld II.
Description[edit]
The Mace of Undead Bane numbered amongst the treasures house in Loth's tomb. Housed in the uppermost chambers of the mausoleum, this bejeweled mace had a devastating effect on any undead creature it struck, making it a useful weapon against many of the denizens of the haunted crypt which ensconced it.
Trivia[edit]
- In hindsight, the mace is next to useless, since it's only found at the end of the tomb and with Praecor Loth passing away, all the undead vanish as well. Additionally, there are next to no undead in the remaining parts of the game after that point.
