The pirate fort is a structure found in Ultima VII

Even though classic piracy was in a sharp decline in the early Age of Armageddon, the scum of society still existed, but decided to retreat to the fringes of the kingdom to escape prosecution. At the time of the Black Gate, pirates had erected a respectable outpost at the northeastern coast of the Drylands, hoping that the vast, empty desert shielded them from the law.
The Avatar did have the option to attack the outpost and kill the pirates, in order to gain their ill-gotten loot. Judging by the great amount of beer found - which was drunk from buckets - and the partially strange behavior of the pirates, it looked like most of them at that time were drunk.
Trivia[edit]
- The exact coordinates of the fort are 42°N 159°E.
- The southernmost of the mirror teleporters in the dungeon with the Sphere Generator will teleport to the fort, hinting that Selvyn is connected to these pirates.
