This page notes the locations of all magical items in the Ultima Underworld. This includes all weapons and armor that give magical benefits when equipped as well as items such as scrolls, potions, and items that give magical effect when used.

More common potions such as heal, cure, and mana are not listed here due to their abundance; however, rarer and more unique potions are included.

Level 1

Level 3

	Light Mace of Minor Damage	Corner to the south east, near water that drains.
	Wooden Shield of Protection	In front of the rat lever.
	Dagger of Damage	North central room with the red gem key.
	Leather cap of Toughness	Side room on the way to the northernmost stairs down.
	Red Ring of Resist Blows	On the bandit in the western bandit room.
	Wand of acid	Behind the waterfall just north of the island with the axe and breastplate.
	Scroll of Night Vision	Northern area, near the great stair.
	Wand of Electrical Bolt	Given by Ishtass for bringing news of Ossikka.
	Wand of Magic Arrow	In the thieves hideout.

	Battle Axe of Major Accuracy	Extreme north west on the way to the Key of Courage.
	Scroll of Fireball	Secret room by the locked chest near the waterfalls.
	Scroll of Night Vision	Pest-infested banquet hall near Rodrick.
	Wand of Sheet Lightning	Far east, in a room with skeletons and pillars and switches.
	Wand of the Frog	Northeast, near bullfrog puzzle controls.
	Wand of Fireball	Hidden room behind the bullfrog puzzle.
	Wand of Name Enchantment	End of the hostile troll caves.
	Scroll of Flame Wind	Tower of Courage.

	Scroll of Reveal	Far west, in a black marble dead-end.
	Scroll of Gate Travel	Mine dispatch chamber.
	Wand of Electrical Bolt	Near the grave of Nolant.
	Scroll of Telekinesis	South eastern tunnels.

Level 6

	Leather Vest of Major Protection	Domain of Vilus. Go to the left of the sign and take the first left into a small room with a dead mage.
	Crown of Great Protection	High ledge accessible from the lava west of the north bridge.
	Dagger of Very Great Damage	Domain of Vilus. Go to the left of the sign and take the first right. Go a few steps southeast and look left.
	Axe of Major Damage	Domain of Vilus, in the far east, on a ledge on the west side of a lava river.
	Tower Shield of Toughness	High ledge accessible from the lava west of the north bridge.
	Jeweled Sword of Great Accuracy	Room opened using Telekinesis, west of the seers.
	Scroll of Summon Monster	Quarters of Nedge in The Academy of the Abyss.
	Scroll of Reveal	Key room where the Book of Honesty is.
	Scroll of Hallucination	Secret room of the library.
	Scroll of Tremor	Library.
	Ruby of Restore Mana	Southwest, on a ledge across the lava river, not far East of the talking door.
	Scroll of Telekinesis	Far southeast, in a secret room off the lava river.
	Scroll of Reveal	On same corpse as the Leather Vest of Major Protection.
	Scroll of Telekinesis	Take the directions to get the Dagger of Very Great Damage and keep going, pass the chain boots, and turn left. On the ledge before the lava.
	Scroll of Freeze Time	Domain of Vilus, in a dead end far south.

Level 7

	Silver Ring of Levitate	Dead end high off the chasm.
	Black Sword of Great Accuracy	Secret area off the tombs, with the shadow beast.
	Tower Shield of Missile Protection	Secret area off the tombs, with the shadow beast.

	Wand of Fireball	Secret area off the tombs, with the shadow beast.
	Scroll of Gate Travel	Far northeast corner, on a ledge near the ceiling.
