Ossikka was a leader of gray lizard men found on the third level of The Abyss. He does not appear alive in Ultima Underworld as he had died before the events of that game took place.

Since Ossikka was not encountered alive in person by the Avatar, everything known about him was gathered from other soures.

• "Ossikka, leader of ours, upstream travelled, a great many-armed water beast known to Thepa as kri'kla to kill. He returned never. Would you him find?"
• "Upstream Ossikka travelled, returning never. Book of mad wizard had he, perhaps telling more. Return with news and the Quiet One will reward handsomely you."
• "Sword in two pieces broken is. Wizard took haft below. Ossikka clue to blade found, he said. Blade somewhere in our domain is, I think. More than that I do not know."

Told by other gray lizardmen

• When asked about their leader, the gray lizardmen say "Of Iss'leek you seek. Look in east of our dwellings." Either they never considered Ossikka their leader, or Iss'leek became the leader in Ossikka's absence.

Trivia

• Ishtass claims that their leader is Ossikka. but all other gray lizardmen say that it is Iss'leek, a red lizardmen
