Judy is an old, sad sorceress. She resides on the fifth level of the the Abyss. She appears in Ultima Underworld.
Description[edit]
When the Avatar found her standing near the edge of a lava stream, she at first thought it was her lover Tom. However, it would never be him, since he had been cast into the lava years ago by a headless and the loss had driven her mad. She could not even remember his face and would give everything for a picture of him. Sadly, her picture of Tom had been stolen and she had no idea where it could be. The Avatar later returned after getting the picture of Tom from Bolinard. Judy's memories partly returned and a single tear of hers fell into the lava, forming the Key of Love, one third of the Key of Three Parts.

Once a mage of the Abyss in the days before its collapse, she was the lover of a fighter, Tom. Theirs was a perfect love; how could I resist destroying it? As they took a lover's walk beside the lava, I sent a headless up to kill poor Tom, leaving Judy shattered, brokenhearted. After so many years, she cannot even remember the features of the man she mourns, which only adds to her delicious agony. |

Trivia[edit]
- In the Ultima Underworld Clue Book, Tyball admits sending a headless to attack Tom in order to ruin their love.
- Normally, Judy doesn't move. However, it is possible that a bug happens and she does move into the lava, thus making the game unwinnable.
