The Britannys are three suburbs of Britain that were founded between Ultima IV and Ultima V.
History[edit]
These three important suburbs of Britain came into being around Lord British’s castle at the time of Ultima V and provided many of the goods and services needed by the court of Lord British. Each of the three villages developed their own industries. East Britanny specialized in shipbuilding and boasted a good healer. North Britanny offered a small, rustic inn and fine stables among its several farms. West Britanny was a farming town, supplying its own needs and those of the four surrounding settlements, including the Castle of Lord British and Britain.
Being also free of Oppression influence, the Britannys were a safe haven for the Avatar during the quest to rescue Lord British.
