Therid is a young man helping his adopted mother Milan at the Healer's Sanctum in Britanny East in Ultima V: Lazarus.
He told the Avatar that he was responsible for selling potions at the shop, and had also been studying the healing arts from his mother, Milan, who had raised him when his real family left him. Therid mentioned that healing was in great demand in Britannia, but few people took the time to learn. Noting that under Blackthorn's regime, magical healing had been largely outlawed, except for the healing of Blackthorn's men, which Therid felt was two-faced. Therid was also willing to discuss the nature of the reagents used in magic with the Avatar.[1]
Therid mentioned that his only other acquaintance was Squire Jimmy, saying the two boys played a number of pranks together. His favorite had been to hide a rotten fish under Flint's bed, and let the old man search for the source of the smell, noting that although Jimmy feared Flint, he often saw Flint with his mother and thought the man not all bad.
