Healer's Sanctum are healers in the suburbs of Britain, East Britanny and decades later it moved to the city of Compassion, Britain. This establishment appears during Ultima V and Ultima VI.
History[edit]
The Healer's Sanctum replaced the previous healer's practise, Wound Healing, in Britain. During Ultima V, it was run by Milan and found in East Britanny, having moved there due to Milan wanting to escape the oppressive atmosphere in Britain after Lord Blackthorn took power. After the fall of the Oppression, the practice moved back to Britain. In Ultima VI Healer's Sanctum was in run by the holy Tiberius, though as Mandrake noted, due to Lord British healing people for free, his business was not going as well as he wished.
In the two centuries that followed Healer's Sanctum closed down and the only healer found in Britain in the early Age of Armageddon was Csil.
Lore[edit]
“ | Also in this village can be found the Healer’s Sanctum, where practices a chirurgeon of incomparable skill. In fact, the Sanctum was located in nearby Castle Britannia until the turmoil surrounding the King’s disappearance began. Then, claiming the troubled, frantic air to be an ill influence upon the spiritual arts, the healer Milan moved her kiosk to the quieter East Britanny Suburbs. |

“ | Good old Tiberius runs the Healer’s Sanctum, but he doesn’t get a lot of business... He charges standard healer’s guild rates, of course, while Lord British does the same job for free! |
