The Valarian Islands are a group of small, rocky islands sitting in the sea just south of Spiritwood, where the River Maelstrom terminates into the open ocean. The islands are small, rocky and uninhabited.
History[edit]
The islands came to some prominence in Ultima IV, when the Silver Horn was found on them. This led to the building of a signpost in Ultima V, which showed the position where the horn was found. However, the signpost did not survive the test of time and the islands again fell into obscurity. The only thing of note was in the time of Ultima VII, where an abandoned hut on one of the islands contained a re-usable skull key.
