The Theurgy spell Aerial Servant calls forth a being to perform tasks such as telekinesis.
Description[edit]
Aerial servants are useful creatures made of wind, which can be summoned with the Aerial Servant spell by Theurgists to perform small tasks. Under the command of the caster, they can transport objects from one place to another – even into the backpack of the caster – and trigger out-of-range levers and buttons. However, they cannot be used to attack anything, as that goes against the Theurgists' code. Note that the servants commanded by Stratos herself are capable of attacking.
Lore[edit]
| “ | This spell calls a whirling being of Air, which will accept the Theurgist's directives to manipulate or move any object. An unusual ability of this creature is that it is able to move an object through solid obstacles, such as walls and closed doors. – from The Chronicle of Pagan (Ultima VIII)

| “ | One of the more impressive of the Theurgic spells, Aerial Servant is also one of the most versatile. Upon casting of the Aerial Servant spell, a whirling being of Air is called into existance. [sic] This being will accept the Theurgist's directives to manipulate or move any object. One of the more interesting aspects of this spell is that the Aerial Servant is able to move objects through another solid object, such as a door or wall. The Focus used to represent this spell represents an Arm Band and the casting words are 'Kal Ort Xen.' – from The Spell of Aerial Servant (Ultima VIII)

- The spell is plot-relevant, since without it the Avatar can neither enter Daemon's Crag, nor get the Breath of Air from Stratos.
