"Shrine" in caps[edit]

Hadn't we agreed that "Shrine" would be capitalized, in the Ultima Codex:Noun Lexicon? Btw, we should decide on Runes and Stones too and put it on the lexicon, as it seems some people are already assuming them to be common. --Sega381 01:16, September 14, 2010 (UTC)

Ack, did I screw that up? EEP! I need to review that page again. Dungy 01:48, September 14, 2010 (UTC)
You didn't really screw up. It's just that the lexicon doesn't have info on the Runes and Stones yet. Maybe when it does, it will fit your decapitalization :).--Sega381 02:14, September 14, 2010 (UTC)

Major edits[edit]

Um... honestly, I'm inclined to change this back to the way it was. There was nothing wrong with the page's layout, and a ton of good descriptive writing appears to have been deleted on a whim for the sake of splitting everything up into gigantic, unnecessary tables. What gives? --Terilem (talk) 03:16, 31 August 2013 (UTC)

To be honest, I just wanted to make it more schematic; better detailed, better overview and a fine way to integrate the graphics of the runes. Sorry, if you do not like it. I have rewrite some of the missing descriptive writing as well. Okay? --Arthgon (talk) 10:14, 31 August 2013 (UTC)
The fact remains that tables are not suited for presenting such volumes of information. The layout we had before was concise and had no reason to be fixed. Now these are filling two thirds of the page and presenting the same information in a more fragmented way. --Terilem (talk) 12:52, 31 August 2013 (UTC)
I have change it back and integrate the graphics of the runes. Better? Oh.. Selganor is the Guild Master of the Artisans Guild, not the mayor. That's Isabella. Now I am going to fix some typos, links, more details. --Arthgon (talk) 13:16, 31 August 2013 (UTC)
Looks much better now with the layout tweaks. Glad you were able to incorporate the images as well. --Terilem (talk) 12:28, 2 September 2013 (UTC)
Your welcome. I will also fill in the missing Runes of Ultima VI and those of Ultima IX. --Arthgon (talk) 14:26, 2 September 2013 (UTC)

Nitpick[edit]

This is in the Trivia section:

  • Despite the letters spelling INFINITY being placed on the reverse side of the runes, The Avatar had to consult the shrines in Ultima IV to receive a vision of each letter.

This is based on the reference from Ultima VI. However, that doesn't mean the letters were present during the events of Ultima IV, especially if (as posited in the article) that different runes were used throughout the ages. Perhaps the Avatar was the source of these letters, based on their vision at each shrine. I think this bullet should be removed. --Browncoat Jayson (talk) 20:52, 22 September 2014 (UTC)

I was about to delete it but at the last second I opted to reword it from a nitpick to informational. Hope that is better. -- Fenyx4 23:50, 23 September 2014 (UTC)
