John Glassmyer has created some quality-of-life patches for the games Ultima VII: The Black Gate, Ultima VII Part Two: Serpent Isle, Ultima Underworld: The Stygian Abyss, and Ultima Underworld II: Labyrinth of Worlds
Description[edit]
John Glassmyer, also known as Eureka Dragon, has created some quality of life hacks for several Ultima games.
Ultima VII series[edit]

Ultima Underworld series[edit]
Glassmyer's Underworld patch, also known as "the mouselook mod" adds a modern mouselook mode, modernish WASD movement keys, and many other useful keyboard shortcuts to both Ultima Underworld and Ultima Underworld II.
- John provides installation instructions to apply the patch to the game, but an even easier way is to use Ultima Underworld Portable, another fan-made project, which takes a stock GOG copy of UW1&2 and applies several QoL tweaks and patches, including this one.
