John Glassmyer has created some quality-of-life patches for the games Ultima VII, Ultima VII Part Two, Ultima Underworld, and Ultima Underworld II.
Description[edit]
John Glassmyer, also known as Eureka Dragon, has created some quality of life hacks for several Ultima games.
Ultima VII series[edit]
...
Those hacks are included in Ultima VII auf Deutsch and Ultima VII Part Two auf Deutsch.
Ultima Underworld series[edit]
Glassmyer's Underworld patch, also known as "the mouselook mod" adds a modern mouselook mode, modernish WASD movement keys, and many other useful keyboard shortcuts to both Ultima Underworld and Ultima Underworld II.
- John provides installation instructions to apply the patch to the game, but an even easier way is to use Ultima Underworld Portable, another fan-made project, which takes a stock GOG copy of Ultima Underworld and Ultima Underworld II and applies several QoL tweaks and patches, including this one.
