Telila is the maid at Wayfarer's Inn in Britain during the time of Ultima V.

When talking with her, it became clear very fast that she liked to gossip about the various guests staying at the inn. She talked about the mage Annon, who liked to be on the balcony of the second floor at night, of Greyson, who played his music in the town square near the fountain, and of Bullwier, who'd visited some days ago.[1]
Bullwier was interesting, since Telila had heard him talking about the Mystic Weapons. Sadly, he'd left for Jhelom and thus the Avatar would have to follow in order to speak with him.

In Ultima V: Lazarus, she commented that she was glad for Britannia changing to Blackthorn’s rule, saying that even though she missed Lord British, she felt the roads were safer with Blackthorn in charge, and that his ethics and strict rules allowed her to sleep better at night.[2]
Telila further talked about her coworkers and the guests at the inn, commenting that Donya was a fair owner, and she felt Justin a fine cook, she also found Greyson to be a charming flatterer, and that the bard was most handsome. She had recently noticed that there had been noises in the wine cellar, and Justin had noted that food had gone missing, a fact she attributed to ghosts, although they were actually the nighttime escapades of the mage Annon who was hiding from Blackthorn.
