Magic Shops in Ultima II consist are two different chains, one catering to arcane magic and one to clerical magic, all branches of those two chains have the same selection and prices. The only difference in these magic shops is, where to find these shops. As a rule, magic shops only are found in smaller towns, not in actual cities, and always come in pairs for both sorts of magic. They also are always paired with a grocery and oracle.

Note that Charisma and Intelligence influence the price. The higher both stats, the lower the price. The price listed here is the maximum price when both Charisma and Intelligence are at the minimum of 10.
