Lyndon is a member of the Inquisition on Farthing in Ultima V: Lazarus.
Lyndon would only speak to the Avatar if the hero was in possession of a Black Badge. While wearing the Black Badge, Lyndon took pleasure in telling the hero that he was chief Inquisitor for the island of Farthing, and was responsible for ensuring no laws were broken in the keep. Lyndon felt Seggallion was merely a criminal who would soon slip back into his treacherous ways, and hoped to soon have him swinging from the gallows. He possessed the utmost contempt for Quintin, believing the man would soon rot in the jails of Yew with his master. The Inquisitor thought Jaron withheld secrets from him and hoped the extract them, and that Dufus' room would best serve as a crypt. Lyndon thought Temme was a brilliant mage but misguided in her beliefs, feeling she would soon change her allegiance to Lord Blackthorn and serve the Oppression.[1]
Zealous in his adherence to the new regime, Lyndon praised Judge Dryden and Lord Blackthorn's rule of Britannia.
Quintin would reveal to the hero that he had seen a letter written by Lyndon addressed to Elistaria of Windemere, saying how the mage wished for Seggallion's friend Temme to move to Windemere to serve the Oppression.[2] If Seggallion was told about Lyndon's intent, the lord of the keep would evict the Inquisitor from his keep.[3]
