Hildebrandt Ultima Online poster

The Hildebrandt Ultima Online Poster was originally commissioned by Origin Systems from the famed creators of fantasy art, The Brothers Hildebrandt, to serve as advertising for Ultima Online.

The poster was originally included with the Ultima Online: Charter Edition, as well as copies of Origin's Official Guide to Ultima Online. It was also available for individual purchase.

Trivia

• As of 2011, the original painting hangs in the offices of Mythic Entertainment in Fairfax, Virginia.
• In the original draft of the painting, a gazer stood in for the harpy present in the background, the lizard men had a different array of spines, and the pose of the woman in the bottom left was different. Unhappy with the original draft, Origin Systems returned the artwork to the artists for alterations. The only known copy of this original draft was in the possession of Joe Garrity of the Origin Museum, who reports that he has since given his copy to the people of Mythic Entertainment as of 2011.
