The Ultima Collection game cards came with the Japanese version of the Ultima Collection.

Description

The cards were printed on high gloss cardboard, and had a picture of the original Ultima box covers for Ultima I to Ultima VIII on the front and on the reverse side contained 1/9th of the cover of the Japanese version of the Ultima Collection. Together all nine cards made up a complete box cover.
