Dorna Ironfist is the leader of the Knights of the Crux Ansata. He became locked in when the colony was turned into a prison, but remained virtuous. He appears in Ultima Underworld.

Description

The Avatar met him on the fourth level of the Abyss. Dorna told the hero the history of their order, before adding that they now had a grave enemy in the chaos knight Rodrick. He added sending Biden to deal with Rodrick, but had not heard from him yet.

The Avatar asked to join the order, and Dorna Ironfist gave four quests to the Avatar:

• First, was a test of intelligence and Humility in the form of several questions.
• Second, was a test of Valor. The Avatar had to drink from a chalice that could hold poison (which, fortunately, did not) without hesitation. Afterwards, admitting to have been scared, impressed Dorna because of its Honesty.
• Third, was the quest to get back the Writ of Lorne from the trolls. The Avatar bribed Rawstag with a red gem to reach the writ.
• Finally, the Avatar had to recover the golden plate from the graves in the north-west. However, that meant the hero had to battle and defeat Rodrick in order to gain access.

After all tasks were done, Dorna declared the Avatar a knight and enabled access to the armoury. Additionally, for slaying Rodrick, the Avatar received the Standard of Honor from Ironfist. Later, Ironfist was rescued by Garamon, when the volcano erupted.
