Cecil is a knight of the Knights of the Crux Ansata, found on the fourth level of the Abyss during Ultima Underworld.
Description[edit]
Cecil said that he could give the Avatar some interesting mantras, if the hero would try to join the knights. After the Avatar started on the journey to become a knight, Cecil was happy to share the mantra KOH, which would raise skill with blunt weapons.
Later, he was rescued by Garamon when the volcano erupted.
