Alfred is a character unique to the Super Nintendo-port of Ultima VII, where he fills the same functional role as Gilberto in the PC version of the game.

Description

The Avatar would be directed to question Alfred by mayor Finnigan, who reported that the guard suffered a blow to the head around the same time that Christopher and Inamo were kidnapped. The injured man could be found recuperating privately in his house, where he related how noticed the Crown Jewel had left shortly after his assault. He would further mention that the ship had been captained by a man known as Hook, whom Alfred appeared to be familiar with, and he would go on to mention that he name derived from the prosthetic he wore on his right hand.
