In Ultima Online, the Meer Catacombs are found on an empty plains in central Ilshenar, to be entered via a teleporter platform covered in runes.
Description[edit]
The Meer once retreated into these catacombs in order to wait for the return of evil, sleeping in countless sarcophagi until the time had come for them to walk the face of the world again. Even today, there are still Meer living in the catacombs, in order to keep them in good shape. However, like all of the Meer, they react hostile to people of evil - meaning low karma - and will relentlessly attack if sighting someone like that.
Trivia[edit]
- Killing a Meer results in further karma loss. This place is good to get a really low reputation, if desired.
