Antos is a toymaker in Britain in Ultima V: Lazarus.

The father of Eb at the Wayfarer's Inn, Antos had moved from Minoc about twelve years prior to the events of Ultima V: Lazarus. Antos told the Avatar that in Minoc he had worked as a tinker, fixing the shovels and picks of the miners there, but when the mines dried up, so to did his work, so he and his wife Trish decided to move to Britain with their young son in the hopes of making a batter life. On the way, within sight of Castle Britannia, they were attacked by a brigand, and in the following fight, Antos' wife was killed and he was wounded in the leg. Antos was eventually able to limp into town with his young son, and the two were healed by Milan.[1]

Antos told the Avatar how upon arriving in Britain he had no idea how to make a living, but after making a toy for his young son, the business built itself, creating carts for the boys and dollhouses for the girls. Working mainly in wood, he tacked on orders with Gwenno or Gwenneth when they ordered shipments from Palin of Yew. When asked about his son, he said Eb was happy at the Wayfarer's Inn, but had few friends since Malik had moved to Moonglow about a year ago.

The Ultima 6 Project[edit]

In The Ultima 6 Project, a tombstone in Britain reads, "Eb was a clever bus-boy - He played with Antos' toys - He threw them around - And when they came down - They killed him with nary a noise." suggesting not all toys from Antos were actually made for children.
