Lore quotes and the <p>

The problem

As you can see, the "The Book of Lore" part is farther separated from the text in the 1st quote than it is in the 2nd. That is because the first quote has ASCII line breaks in it. An inspection of the HTML produced by WikiMedia reveals that these line breaks cause <p> tags to be placed in w/the text when it finds these line breaks.

Unfortunately, that double space is even bigger than the one afforded by the placement of <p> and the citation being right up against the last paragraph like that looks a little weird.
