Tallon is the dockmaster of Trinsic in Ultima V: Lazarus.

Tallon was responsible for overseeing the docks in Trinsic, ensuring the fishing fleet ran smoothly, and that the ships responsible for the barricade of Serpent's Hold were well organized. Tallon told the Avatar that he had been a fisherman about twenty years ago, but had decided upon the landbound life of the paladin. The paladin felt this was a fortuitous decision for recently catches had been shrinking due to the effect of the whirlpools, feeling there has been an increase in their numbers recently, and that they created a change in currents which drove the fish away. He also remarked that many fishermen had left Trinsic with the Oppression's takeover of the city, but that business at the docks was still good with the constant upkeep of the large crew of Blackthorn's warships.[1]

The dockmaster felt that Mayor Ellison was a good man, and a capable leader of a city of paladins. Tallon was pleased to serve the Oppression member, and felt that the former mayor Sir Simon was best known for his cowardly flight from the city when the Oppression came to power. He no longer wished to talk about the Oppression's overthrow of Trinsic, saying discussing it would bring up more bitter memories.

Tallon was confused how his long-time friend and swordmate Beledan had come to believe he was involved with Brethil[2] his friend's wife. He remarked that Beledan had many female acquaintances, and nobody ever accused him of inappropriate relations, so why should he be accused of such heinous acts as seducing another man's woman. Tallon felt that maybe Beledan was using this claim to hide his own indulgences, but had heard of rumors of his supposed indulgences before Beledan originally made claims, and felt that perhaps the paladin had been tricked. He dreaded the upcoming Trial of Honor, for if Beledan's claims were proven to be false, his friend would have to kill himself. Thus, he wished to talk to Beledan and his wife before the trial to convince Beledan to drop his claims. The Avatar could choose to help convince Beledan to ignore rumors and that it was possible for a man and woman to be merely friends, thus calling off the trial, or the hero choose to egg on Beledan's suspicions, leading to the eventual Trial of Honor. The Avatar could prove that it was actually Paul who started these rumors, and force the man to flee town when his lies were exposed.
