The Ultima Underworld II Clue Book: Gems of Enlightenment (ISBN 978-0929373126) is 80 pages long. It originally retailed for 14.95USD and was published in 1993. It has been written by Austin Grossman.
Description[edit]
The book is presented as a compilation about different worlds, put together by Bishop for fellow fighters against the Guardian – written before his imprisonment by the goblins on Tarna. It contains maps, a walkthrough narrated by various characters, and a thorough explanation of the game engine and mechanics of Ultima Underworld II (not written with narration). The final part is a walkthrough without narration, which lists off all the things that have to be done to advance in the game.
The book sports numerous specially created pieces of art, which show the various places of action and critical situations in the story of the game.
