The Gilded Lizard is a tavern in Vesper in Ultima VII.
Description[edit]
The tavern was operated by the bigoted Yongi, and as such was only frequented by human citizens of the town – with gargoyles going to a gargish run establishment on the other side of the settlement. A notable patron was Blorn, who hung out in it all day since Yongi was the only person in town who liked him. Also, there always was the danger of a bar brawl, should the Avatar's identity be revealed to the wrong people during drinking hours.

Trivia[edit]
- Yongi has the strangest shop hours, as he only does business starting in mid-day. Considering comments from other citizens, it is likely he needs the time to recover from intoxication from alcohol.
