Thonyn is a member of the southern militia group in The Ultima 6 Project.

Thonyn, the mid-50s leader of the southern militia group, served alongside Dax, Carra, and Hob, patrolling the area around Trinsic, Paws, and Skara Brae. Thonyn admitted that even though he was officially leader of the group, he considered his companions as equals. He had originally decided to sign up for the Britannian militia while having a drink at The Griffon's Den in Serpent's Hold with his old friend Wyburn, when he heard that the Gargoyles were coming up through the dungeons of the land to take control of the Shrines of Virtue.
Dax, he felt considered himself a lady's man, but was an excellent tracker and hunter. Hob, he knew to be a friendly man loved by all, but also a passionate warrior. He assured the hero that Carra, despite being a woman, was a strong fighter who would give her life for Britannia, but was also kind-hearted and jovial.
Thonyn asked the hero to pass on his well wishes to his old friend Wyburn.
