Rob is a tavernkeeper at Paws' Folley Tavern during Ultima IV.

Along with Greg, Rob operated the Folley Tavern, a place well known for its regional specialty of "Folley Filet." Should the Stranger ask either tavernkeep about the hard-to-locate reagent, mandrake root, the tapsters would recall that the last person known to carry such a commodity was an old alchemist named Calumny.

- Rob is one of a number of characters throughout the Ultima series who appear to be based upon one of Richard Garriott's acquaintances in the Society for Creative Anachronism who goes by the moniker "Robert Simon Fraser." Others include Rob of the Folley Tap in Ultima V’s Lycaeum[1] and Rob Frasier of Moonglow in Ultima VI.[2] It seems likely that the real world person who inspired these characters is also referenced in Lord Robert Frasier, the castellan of the Lycaeum during Ultima IV.[3][4]
