Keagan is the cartographer of Buccaneer's Den in Ultima IX.
Description[edit]
When the Avatar first spoke with Keagan, the man wasn't much for conversation, but offered two genuine treasure maps. Then later, after talking with Bjorn about New Magincia, Keagan revealed that there was a tunnel between the two islands, but that a password was needed. The password he didn't know since only the guild had that knowledge.[1]
Later, after the Terfin affair, the Avatar bought sea charts from Keagan for sea navigation, and he also now had a third map, which would show the way to the hideout of Dunston and Aria.
