Garridan is a clothier in Moonglow in The Ultima 6 Project.

A charismatic fashion designer and salesman in his mid-forties, who called himself the Grand Clothier to the Magi, Garridan boasted that all the important mages of Britannia wore his creations. He had even started a new line of flowing black cloaks for the magus and magess of the land who dabbled in the darker arts. He told the hero that all of his creations offered an inherent twenty percent reduction in magical damage, so his garments paid for themselves. The clothier was quick to offer the Avatar the opportunity to try on his creations.
Garridan had promised his young assistant Dulcie that they were to be betrothed when he had saved enough money, and the girl was utterly smitten with the older man. In reality, Garridan was a terrible womanizer who had multiple female companions, and even kept a journal of his romantic conquests. Should the Avatar investigate Garridan's romantic dealings on the behest of Joren, and report to Dulcie, the young girl would be heart-broken, but Garridan remained nonplussed.
