Dulcie is assistant to the clothier Garridan of Moonglow in The Ultima 6 Project.

A young woman of eighteen, Dulcie was responsible for helping create designs, cutting fabric, sewing, and embroidery at Garridan's clothing shop. She helped custom fit every piece for their customers, and the Avatar's female companions would snidely remark that it sounded like she did all the work herself. Since starting their daily fashion show in the centre of the city, mages had started coming from far and wide to see their creations, and sales had doubled.
When she first met the Avatar, Dulcie admitted to being quite smitten with her boss, Garridan, and she told the hero he was her betrothed, and they would marry when he had saved enough money. When asked about the age difference between the two, she said Garridan thought love was timeless, so it didn't matter. The hero's female companions would remark they were concerned Garridan was trying to take advantage of the young girl.
