Eustus the Vulture appears in Ultima IX, guarding the sigil of Justice. As his name suggests, he is a big vulture. The Avatar met him on the highest mountain in Britannia, where the Avatar had to answer questions about Justice to get the needed Quill of Justice to cleanse the Shrine of Justice.[1]
