Blackmoor (BM) is a reagent used in the magical arts of Necromancy on Pagan.
Uses and History[edit]
Pagan[edit]
Blackmoor is a mixture of earth and blackrock, which has the capacity of invoking raw magical power in the manufacture of foci. As blackrock is a rare element on Pagan, blackmoor can be difficult to obtain, although naturally occurring caches of it could be found in the Tenebraen Catacombs and along the shores of Carthax Lake.
