The Ultima 6 Remake
The Ultima 6 Remake is a project to recreate Ultima VI using the Exult engine.
Description[edit]
The Ultima 6 Remake was founded by AgentOrangeGuy (AOG) in 2011, with the intention of using Exult to create a nearly direct remake of Ultima VI using the Ultima VII engine. The project hopes to introduce only minor changes to Britannia to create a more war-like atmosphere, while keeping most characters and locations identical to the original.
The project also plans to add a new soundtrack, improved character portraits, and numerous new books to Britannia.
As of February, 2013 the site is still active.
As of March 2023, the project is approaching its completion. In a blog post, AOG announced its release by the end of February 2023.
As of April, 2023, the project is LIVE and version 1.0 beta is downloadable!
