A temple is a variety of healing facility unique to the Nintendo-port Ultima III.

Description

Temples' services differed from that of Sosarian hospitals, as the acolytes of these holy places specialized in the resurrection and recalling of the departed. For a donation of nine-hundred coins, the priests of a temple would reunite the soul and body of a fallen party member, even if that body had been reduced to ash through a botched attempt to revive the dead. In addition to such services, temple priests could also assist the pious in simple meditation – for which they asked no payment.
