Simple is a slender shepherd living in Vesper during Ultima IV.
Description[edit]
Simple could be found in a group of fellow devotees to the virtue of Humility. She claimed to be seeking the Shrine of Humility and could inform the Stranger that it lay on the north bank of the Isle of the Abyss and that it was guarded by endless hordes of daemons.[1]
Trivia[edit]
- In the supposed journal of the Avatar (discovered by historians Robert De Main and Carlotta Stein) Simple, Plain, Gem, Joseph and Randal all speak to the Stranger as a group, answering the hero's questions collectively.[2]
- In the Nintendo remake of Ultima IV, Simple can be identified with the shepherd in the The Guild Shop, who gives the same information.[3]
