Rabbits are peaceful animals, and usually not a threat to people. They are, however, a serious threat to the carrots which farmers grow in their fields.
They can be found in the wilderness.

Though quite shy and non-threatening, these long-eared creatures are the bane of farmers, whose crops attract them in hordes.

- Sutek the mage did numerous experiments on animals on Terfin in Ultima VI. One of the results are the "killer bunnies," a horde of rabbits, who are extremely aggressive and attack the party on sight. This may be a reference to the killer rabbit from Monty Python and the Holy Grail, considering past Monty Python nods in the series.
