The NES-port of Ultima III included a map in the Japanese release, printed in the NES Ultima III manual.
Description[edit]
The map, included in the Japanese manual, was heavily redrawn in order to make it look highly cartoonish, so that it would fit with the art shift of the console port. Everything is drawn in pastel colors of reds and blues and the various professions are seen on the map border. Of note is, that unlike the original map, this map does include the more public locations like castles and towns on it.
