Arvin is a cook at The Sword and Keg in Jhelom in Ultima VI.
Description[edit]
The Avatar found Arvin to be a busy man who had little time for conversation. Perhaps Arvin knew better than to waste time while serving boisterous fighters, although, Stelnar seemed convinced that Arvin was a good enough sort.[1] The cook sold rolls, ale, mead, wine, and rations.[2]
