Quests are completed automatically as their objectives are fulfilled. Clicking on an individual quest displays its respective reward. Be aware when accepting a reward that if it’s Wood/Stone/Iron/Food storage space is needed to receive it; rewards can be accepted whilst in any of your cities so pick one where there is room or any overflow of resources will be lost – it gives a warning if some will be lost, but it’s easily overlooked.
