Tommy is a young child in Moonglow in Ultima IX.

Before the Shrine of Honesty is cleansed, Tommy jokingly welcomed the Avatar to Yew, despite being in Moonglow. He also joined in with his friend Markus, who tried to confuse the Avatar with lies. He apologized for his actions after the Shrine was cleansed.[1]
