Are we sure they can't be waterspouts?[edit]
Since in U4 random events always happen off-screen, it's just about impossible to say where they formed, although when I think about it, I found they often appeared near or on water. Can they move across mountains? What about hills?
- Pretty sure they're waterspouts, yes. The original graphics resemble waterspouts rather than tornadoes, and the manual flat out states that they are. There's no reason for commentary claiming that they're not - though perhaps a trivia note mentioning their ability to move across land is warranted. --Warder Dragon (talk) 07:30, 5 January 2024 (MST)
- Ri-i-i-ight... indeed the manual doesn't say "twister" or "tornado". So where did the title of this article come from? I tried to see what it was called in-game, but Google image searches came up empty.--The Ultra-Mind (talk) 08:32, 8 January 2024 (MST)
- Sorry for the late reply. They're called Twisters in battle - there are a few in dungeon rooms you can fight. Pretty strong, only melee attacks, good XP if I remember right. --Warder Dragon (talk) 07:57, 5 March 2024 (MST)
