Sosaria = Continent?

Am I missing something here? Isn't Sosaria the world that Britannia the continent is on? --Warder Dragon 22:43, November 26, 2009 (UTC)

No, Sosaria and Britannia never co-existed, at least not for any length of time. Britannia was the name of the remnant of Sosaria that Lord British was on.

This article caught my attention when I learned that ChatGPT believed something ridiculous like Britannia was a kingdom w/in Sosaria. However, looking at this article, that might be on us. It was using words like "world", "realm", "kingdom", "lands", "continent" and whatever else interchangeably. Realizing this woke me up to how just how careful we have to be in choosing our wording sometimes. So unless I'm mistaken, I changed the article to reflect that:

1. First there was Sosaria. Its beginning is not chronicled.
2. Then there were the 4 lands of U1 and no single government ruled Sosaria
3. An upheaval caused the Lands of Danger and Despair to separate and become Serpent Isle and the Lands of Lord British became Sosaria (i.e. one continent in Sosaria was named Sosaria)
4. Another upheaval lead to Sosaria's remnants being called Britannia. In a sense, ChatGPT was right: Britannia was a political entity in the world of Sosaria, except that the word "Sosaria" wasn't in use anymore.
