Well it took 2 hours to edit and clean up that silouette, but it looks to have been worth it!

The editing was done on MS Paint, and inspired by the similar Britannia map that is up on the Wiki.

As I don't own the original image, I waive all rights to it, therefore (as I'd hope it will be), feel free to use it wherever.

How did Serpent Isle get to Serpent Isle?

I've been asking Google Gemini about some of the greatest points of confusion that it experiences about Ultima lore. It had several things to say, but here's an excerpt about Serpent Isle.

     The Chronology and Interplay of the Colonies (Serpent's Isle, Pagan, Marshes of the Great Serpent):

        My "Confusion": The Ultima universe expands beyond Britannia with various colonies or parallel worlds. Are the articles on Serpent's Isle, Pagan, and the Marsh of the Great Serpent (from Ultima Underworld II) consistently clear about:

            Their origin (how they became separated from or related to Britannia/Sosaria).

            Their relative timelines and how events in one affect another (if at all).

            The Avatar's specific reasons for visiting each.

Nevermind that it kept saying "Serpent's Isle" and clearly it didn't get "Marshes of the Great Serpent" from here. But one thing I think we could deal w/is where a piece of land went after it broke off from Sosaria.

• Is it in the same dimension as Sosaria/Britannia?
• If so, howcome we can circumnavigate all Britannia between U3 and U7.5 and never come across Serpent Isle?
• If not, how did it get to this other dimension (which, I assume is only known to hold Serpent Isle)? Through the Serpent Pillars? It doesn't look like it would fit through what I saw in the intro to U7.5.--The Ultra-Mind (talk) 09:50, 8 August 2025 (MDT)
