If Iolo's current whereabouts are unknown, then they are no more so than anyone else. After he was released from the Guardian's control, he went back to his home outside of Britain. He was then present at the goodbye scene before the Avatar ascended. No one knows what happened to anyone in Britannia after the ascension (although we might have gotten some clues had EA not bailed on UXO).--72.188.24.169 16:58, 8 July 2009 (UTC)
U5 Transcript Link[edit]
The link to his transcript in the U5 infobox doesn't work cuz, well, he doesn't have any conversation since he starts out in your party. Should I add something to make the transcript link hideable in the infobox or...? -- Fenyx4 19:20, 19 February 2012 (PST)

Iolo Arbalest[edit]
There is a book in U7 that features a foreword by "Master Bard, Iolo". This foreword is signed as "iolo Arbalest" -> https://wiki.ultimacodex.com/wiki/Ultima_VII_books#THE_COMPLEATE_HISTORY_OF_THE_LUTE Does anyone happen to know, if that is a nod to Lynn Abbeys book, published just before "The Black Gate" or "just" a missing comma?
