Stephen is the bratty kid on the road northeast of Britain and south of Wrong.
Description[edit]
The Avatar met this young boy in Ultima IX along the road that ran from Britain up to the destroyed bridge that goes to the Northern area of Britannia near the Dungeon Wrong. The brat demanded the Avatar give him money, but no matter what the Avatar did, Stephen would attack the Avatar using the Fireball spell.[1]
