Sir Artos is a fighter of Valoria in Ultima IX.

Description

When the Avatar first met him, the situation had caused Artos to lose all hope. Paralyzed by his fear of the Daemon Triumvirate, he had retreated to his home to wallow in self-pity over his cowardice.

However, when the Avatar needed two other warriors to attack the daemons at the same time, the hero overcame Artos' resistance by goading him into a valiant rage, such that he was compelled to join the fray, defeating the daemon. When the Avatar returned to him, Artos's spirits had improved, and he revealed the mantra of Valor to the Avatar.
