Richter is a brigand in Moonglow in Ultima IX.
Description[edit]
The Avatar met Richter southeast of Moonglow in a small cave with Byron; a cave which was only reachable after agreeing to return the Staff of Wisdom to Tydus. Richter immediately attacked the hero with his staff after Byron declared the Avatar to be unfortunate to have encountered them. Duncan's dagger could be found amongst his possessions. Richter, along with the brigand Ella, guarded the Arms of the Magi.[1]
