Quality Transport Ltd. has one branch on each of the four continents of Sosaria (Lands of Lord British, Lands of the Feudal Lords, Lands of the Dark Unknown and Lands of Danger and Despair). Branches are available in Paws, Owen, Gauntlet and Wheeler.

Of course rafts and frigates are only available in cities that are at the coast, otherwise they aren't.
